🚚 Shipping Policy – Mumady

At Mumady, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 working business days 📦, and once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 working business days depending on your location 📍. Shipping charges may vary based on order value, region, or ongoing offers, and free shipping may be available on eligible orders during promotions 💚✨.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery in real time 🔍📲. While we do our best to deliver on time, delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or remote delivery areas ⏳⚠️. We will dispatch orders as soon as possible, but delivery time is not guaranteed—we always try to deliver at the earliest possible time. In case of RTO (Return to Origin) situations, your order will be reattempted using a different courier partner wherever possible 🔁🚚.
